Red lentils250g
Coconut milk400ml
Crushed tomatoes400ml
Onion1
Garlic + gingerje 2cm
Curry paste (red)2 EL
Spinach (fresh)100g

Finely chop onion, garlic and ginger, sauté in oil.

Add curry paste, toast for 1 min.
